MOMS was became a 501 (c) 3 public charity (IRS) in September of 2007; feeding/nutrition centers began in the fall of 2008 and summber of 2009; MOMS is currently operating 3 feeding sites in 3 remote villages in southern Malawi where up to 300 children are feed daily; 15.8 acres was purchased on Lake Malawi in July 2010; lakefront property will be used for development of MOMS Care Camp for at risk orphans with no parents living or relatives capable of caring for them.
