The goals of Baldwin High School YES program are to improve academic achievement and family involvement; along with foster the socio-emotional development skills that help students become successful in school and life. Baldwin County is a title one school district, the program allows me to work with underprivileged students while developing professional personal relationships with them to act as their mentor.
