Mohsin Rakhangi is the Director of Elearning, Center of Excellence (ECE) and Director of Testing Center (STEPS).
Having joined Gulf University in 2005 as an Asst. Admin Officer in IT Department for implementing Quality Management System procedures, Mohsin maintained an excellent track-record registering growth in department efficiency and productivity. He introduced several forms and procedures to streamline and upgrade processes in departments mainly elearning, Testing Center, IT, HR and Security.
