• To carry out the Regional Switch Routine and Emergency Maintenance in the region, assist with implementation and integration of new nodes and BTS sites while expanding the complex multifaceted switching environment and resolve all the faults in the region. • Monitor performance statistics, and generate weekly reports • Ensure that the switch facility is clean and meets the MTN GH housekeeping standards as per the routine checklist • Perform total clean up on nodes after node decommissioning • Correspond with international and national partners on all switch issues affecting MTN • Perform monthly backup and transfer to tape.
