My training and background reflects an eclectic approach to individual, couples and group psychotherapy and includes: MBSR, CBT, ACT, MBCT, DBT, Short-Term Therapy, Hypnotherapy. My treatment approaches are emphasizing a use of mindfulness training and practice of being present in your life while treating yourself with acceptance, kindness and compassion while following your dreams that integrate various therapy modalities.
