Key Responsibilities:
• Managing, developing and executing all phases of the project control with a team of professionals and engineers of planners, QS and document controllers who are qualified to perform their tasks effectively.
• Full Utilization of Primavera 6 and PCM for developing Construction Schedules with full allocation and assignment of Project Resources such as Material, Manpower & Equipment .Preparing all the initial reports such as cash flow forecast, , Weekly/ Monthly Planned Progress , Manpower histograms,, critical path activities.
• Updating project status with actual % of completion. Projects monitoring & tracking.
