Responsibilities
•Leading the project control team consist of planners, cost control engineers and quantity surveyors.
•Preparation and management of planning and project control system for supporting the Project Management Team to achieve project goals according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements.
•Collection, verification, and integration of the work scope for all entities/subcontractors into the project plan. Estimation of work quantities at tender stage and execution stage. Supervise team of quantity surveyors to estimate the project budget and resources.
