I am Research Fellow in the Department of Management, at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
I've recently completed my PhD in information systems at the LSE. My dissertation dealt with unfolding the linkages between public values and technology within modernisation reforms, for which I conducted a longitudinal in-depth study of trade regulations in Mexico.
Besides my research interests in government action and technology, I am interested in broader areas of internet policy and its social impacts, such open government and open data, transparency, mobile communications, privacy and digital identity management.
