After many years in IT as a Developer, Architect, Trainer, and Software Development Manager in industries such as Travel, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Payroll, and many others, I took the lessons learned on innumerable full life cycle development projects and am now applying them to Software Development using Agile processes and practices such as Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP), Kanban and Lean helping IT teams and organizations realize true success.
