I'm the Production Manager of Fruity and Flavored Yogurt at Kalleh Dairy Co. from 2012. In this role I maintain a good working environment through proper housekeeping (5S) and safety practices including proper utilization of machineries in the plant and ensure smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment. I train, coach and develop people in collaboration with HR and related departments.
Before that I worked for SKI as a project control expert and for Khazar Electric as a system and method expert and production planner.
I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other producers. My favorite stage of work is working with the business unit ma.
