Experiences:
In brief, year 2008-2009 has conducted many Team-building II courses for government and private departments, such as INSPEN, Pharmacy Officers in Negeri Sembilan Health Department, Jempol Health Unit, JPA, assistant officers in UUM and Human Resource Department of TNB. Managerial courses, such as Leadership Communication for Hulu Langat Health Unit officers and National Evaluation Department officers. As for UUM assistant officers such as Decision-Making Course, Quality Customer Service and Stress Management / Conflict. Besides training, he is also the consultant of education management system for Jakarta Islamic School, Indonesia.
