My 44 years of experience in the nuclear field includes 18 years as an IAEA Safeguards Inspector and 5 years as Nuclear Consultant and Expert in Applied Nuclear-Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Technology, Nuclear Safeguards, Training and Safeguards Equipment Control and Logistics from and to IAEA/HQ/Vienna and to Member states for Inspection activities at IAEA/SGTS where I have carried out inspections at all types of fuel cycle facilities and gained extensive expertise in the area of NDA/DA measurements, Inspections Planning and Scheduling, Digital Surveillance Systems, Remote Monitoring Systems, and Data Evaluation, in particular for the most complex facilities.
