I have been hard working individual having more than 18 years experience (Design & Construction of Mechanical works) out of which 17 years in UAE in Commercial, Industrial and Residential Buildings’ Projects. Strengths are integrated project development, designing with latest Softwares, contract administration, quantity surveying, procurement experience, a good negotiator and sound knowledge of the construction process and the local market. Capabilities are analytical thinking, strategic planning, and result –oriented and good team player with an appetite for learning and self development and capacity to work independently and manage a team well.
