PROJECT SUPPORT & REPORTING:
• Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting about IT systems and applications performance as per SLA.
• Actively participate in different projects for stakeholder’s requirement, communication about system and service availability.
• Ensure end user training for new tool deployment.
• Ensure proper execution of support workflow.
SERVICE MANAGEMENT:
• Lead the team to handle incident on IT systems and applications.
• Regular follow-up and SLA reporting on AM (Application management) and IM(Infrastructure Management).
• RCA analysis with the SME and provide recommendation.
