Daily follow up of the statistics and Worst cell optimization, parameter / neighbors audits to improve and meet contractual KPI’s (Accessibility, Retain-ability, Mobility & Service Integrity).
Testing and analyzing of new features, doing troubleshooting and making recommendations for parameter changes to improve HSxPA performance.
