Alaina received her Master's degree in behavior analysis with emphases in autism and organizational behavior management (OBM) in 2007 from Western Michigan University, and her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2007. She completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in behavior analysis at Western New England University. Alaina is currently a Faculty Specialist at WMU.
Alaina has 11 years of experience working with children with autism, 8 years as a BCBA, providing behavioral and educational services and staff and parent training in school, home, and community settings.
