I position myself as a Project manager with strong technical background, that helps me to act as an expect during the pre-sale process. I have 9 years of commercial software development experience, switched track from developer/team leader to project manager more than 4 years ago. Since then I managed a set of projects, usually a few of them (2-6) simultaneously.
I work well in a team and have found it rewarding managing teams of up to 25 engineers through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
