I believe hardwork is the mix of responsibility, team work, passion and good organization. My leadership style is creating team working responsibilities within excellent communication instead of a rigid military structure. I also believe that problems are part of human life, but it depends how you manage them to quit the negative label. For example, I think the best way to solve them is taking care in group.
