I have over 5+ years of experience working with Apple on an enterprise scale (education and retail). Currently, I provide technical support and forward-thinking innovation at Ajman Academy as their Senior Technical Support Engineer. My role includes improving the teacher’s and student’s experience in working with Apple by providing efficient and effective support within their learning environments.
