Having been told I would be on medication for the rest of my life, I studied nutrition to ensure I was doing the best I could for my health.  With qualifications in both conventional and holistic nutrition, I created Healthy Eating where the focus is on eating for health!  Because the services I provide are unique (i.e. I created them!) I can guarantee that no-one else provides the services offered by Healthy Eating.....and it works! I turned my own health round and haven't taken medication for years. I am passionate about giving people the knowledge to be in the best of health....and it's never too late to start!
