Poetry Fail - By Sydney Layne
Broken glass, shattered on the floor
The hands that committed the crime
do not hold my heart any more
You are an ocean bottom, a mussel, lets say
Who is beautiful on the outside
but underneath it is not as lovely
The waves that have hit my ears have transferred to my eyes
Rivers of are streaming down contained with the broken glass
There is no use for repent, for I have heard it all
This was all of a sudden, for I did not see
What the unauthentic feelings you had for me
Betrayl like a knife in my back is what I feel
