Syed W. Ali is a Quality Assurance expert specializing in high reliability, small volume space instruments and state of the art hardware manufacturing processes. He is a Principal Professional Staff member at Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory. Since 1986, he has worked in various national and international Space Programs as a Systems Assurance Manager.
He is an advisor and co-director general for the World Council for Total Quality and Excellence in Education.
He received a B.S. degree in Quality Engineering from the Polytechnic of the Southbank, London, and an M.S. in Engineering from Kennedy-Western University, USA.
