At the moment, I'm actively recruiting and networking with .NET, C++ Developers to work in Rockville, MD. I'm building a team of Software Engineers with experience with strong .NET backgrounds, particularly in large web-based applications with large codebases and extensive architectures. Our website farm is running on .NET 4.5 with blend of VB and C# (refactoring toward C#), Entity Framework & NHibernate, Redis caching, SQL Server, Microsoft ARR front-end cache and routing.
