- Manage applicant tracking system and external job board postings for my open positions in the US divisions
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates for Hiring Managers, coordinate and track interview process
- Check references, coordinate online Personality Index testing
- Work with HR Managers to prepare and send out offer letters, documenting approval through management
- Provided US perspective on creation of standardized global recruitment process and new ATS implementation, ensuring compliance data for EOE and AAP filing is gathered
- Coordination with outside agencies, negotiation of agreements and contracts, tracking of external submissions
