As the Marketing Director, I source candidates through various sourcing techniques: LinkedIn, our database, various social media outlets, cold calling and referrals. Additionally, I work with our Executive team & Recruiters to create and implement new marketing and branding strategies to create brand awareness, establish long term relationships with Electrical Construction Companies & hiring managers, and to find industry-leading Electrical Construction industry talent.
