I am Manager and CEO of the Silver Route FZE since Feb 2007. As Manager and CEO of the Silver Route FZE I have responsibilities as a communicator, decision maker, leader, and manager. As a communicator role I am involve the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; As a decision making role I am involves of the high-level decisions about policy ,strategy , hires and fires employees of the Silver Route FZE.
