•	Handling half India (North & East zone) branches all activity.
•	Formulate the YOY KPI according to company’s requirement & norms
•	Timely Requirement of resource for the branches. 
•	Audit mechanism for all branches
•	Coordinate with all departments (IT, Infra, Admin, Underwriting etc) to start the branches.
