Amit Pandey has seen the word ‘leadership’ defined in numerous ways over the years. In his 8-years-long career (and counting), he has dabbled in operations, marketing, and team building activities. He also lead his own startup that dealt in intelligent hiring for startups. Currently, he is working as the COO of Inc42, a new-age media startup.
