• Qualified as Internal/External Auditor IS0/TS 16949 with Black Belt of over 8+ Years experience in Supplier Quality Assurance. • Currently associated with Stryker as Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. • Sound knowledge of Time Motion Study, Reliability, ISO 9001, TS 16949, CSRI, BOM, 5S, RPN, FMEA, KPI, Poka Yoke, 7QC Tools, 8D, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis,7 types of waste, LRR, LRN, Kanban and FPA, QA network, etc. • Experience in dealing with in automobile sector for Instrument Clusters both electronic & mechanical speedometers assembly, outside rear view mirror, inside rear view mirrors (OVRM & IRVM) for entry & mid segment four wheelers.
