Dr. Amjad Shamim earned his PhD Management with concentration on Service Marketing and Consumer Behavior from the Department of Management & Humanities, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. Earlier he holds MBA and MS both in Marketing.
He has worked in multinational companies and various universities as executive and lecturer respectively before joining PhD program at UTP. His research interests are in the areas of value co-creation, service logic, service marketing, brand experience, consumer behavior and experiential marketing.
