I am a CPPA master's student at UMASS. In the past I was employed with the Soros Foundation, where I managed the East East: Partnership Beyond Borders program that aims at international experience and best practices exchange between NGOs of Kazakhstan and other countries in Central Asia and NGOs of the Eastern Europe to develop sustainable networks of expertise in various areas.
