I used to believe that businesses could be understood and managed in terms of right/wrong, algorithms, master planning, rigid structures and similare concepts, which is probably why my education and first real job was in financial controlling. This led me to continuously thinking out new models and frameworks with the intention of one day finally finding the one grand framework to rule them all, something that could be applied top down to all businesses, because it would be the most rational way of managing a business...right?
