Started as junior programmer at Sasol - mainframe (Cobol) and client/server (VB, C, C++, Java). Moved to Senior Systems Analyst, then into database and datawarehouse research before moving into Architecture at Sasol. Moved to Metropolitan to help set up the Architecture function. Was involved in various architecture domains (Information, Data, Application, Integration, Security, Business) and ended up being responsible for the EA process and repository. Have been involved in mapping business strategies to architecture principles and setting architectural direction.
