Currently Andreas heads the department "Data Engineering" formerly known as "Measurement, Prediction, and Empiricism" at the Fraunhofer IESE.
Andreas Jedlitschka received his M.S. degree (Diplom, 1994) and PhD (Dr.-Ing., 2009) in Computer Science from the University of Kaiserslautern. After working as an IT-consultant he joined Fraunhofer IESE in 2000. He worked as a business area manager in the area of software development, and was responsible for the coordination of Fraunhofer IESE's activities addressing the European Commission, in addition he worked as a project manager and scientist.
His research interest is empirically based decision support where he has published several papers....
