I make sense of the implications of space as a catalyst to improve user performance whether in the workplace or learning space. Using change management and co-creative design methodologies, I work to enable and empower users. Learning should be enjoyable and purposeful, achieving both required and desired outcomes of the users! Over the last 14 months I have worked with Sebel Furniture to develop and facilitate workshops for both K-12 and Universities, on Change Management and creating Learning Environments that work for both Teacher and Students.
