In my current role Insight Psychologist at the Future Work Centre, I am responsible for turning evidence-based research into meaningful insights and recommendations for both organisations and the general public.

I have over 15 years’ experience in a range of industries and sectors. During my time working in the IT industry, I developed a passion for using technology and data to provide insight into performance and behaviour at work. I have worked both in business psychology consultancy and independently.
