Leading the client's competency assessment program covering Marine, Drilling, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance. Carrying out the verification of completed assessments, liaising with the client to ensure adherence to competency management system and OPITO standards. Coaching new assessors in the assessment process to complete their OPITO assessor awards. Reporting tracked progress of candidates to client. Supporting the development of assessment documentation for the client.
