I am an enthusiastic and committed HIV/AIDS activist and advocate, with frequent involvement and participation in educational sessions, community forums, workshops and support groups, ranging from HIV basics to the most recent developments in treatment, prevention research and community mobilization.
My objectives are to serve as HIV Prevention Educator and Counselor, by translating complex scientific information into lay terms.
Another objective is to work with Latino/Hispanic communities, where bilingual educators/ counselors might be needed to facilitate access to treatment and linkage to care.
