Role Summary :
-Act as an advisor/coach to line managers and career counselors on people related matters to enable them to coach our employees;
-facilitate employee engagement, people programs and activities by coaching line managers and provide advisory support to executives.
-execute and manage annual performance management and associated compensation activities,performance management and all activities related to employee life cycle e.g. on-boarding, orientation/integration, discipline, leaves, managed departures and exits.
-handle employee relations queries and concerns
-support compliance, maintaining employee record data, participating in the execution of several HR processes
