My experience encompasses working on greenfields projects with two of the largest organisations in New Zealand (Air New Zealand and Spark) to formulate and execute a plan to provide transformational change. As part of a small taskforce, I have worked across the organisation with senior stakeholders and front-line staff to deliver value. My roles have required a blend of commercial analysis and project management; assisting with Investment Analysis and business case development through to managing the delivery of tools such as automation and reporting.
