I have over 20 years experience in leadership and strategic management encompassing work in Crown agencies, community services and industry training in both New Zealand and Australia. Subsequent to my doctoral work at Deakin University I worked in policy, strategy and development in Australia, firstly with the Brotherhood of St Laurence, then with Mission Australia.
