About
As Innovation Manager at Lund University Diabetes Center, I help scientists to identify, evaluate and develop early diabetes research projects and mature them along a commercial path to increase their commercial value. My responsibility is to manage the evaluation process and Pharma industry relationships and maintain a portfolio of IP-projects.
As part of Lund University Tech Transfer Unit, I develop commercialisation strategies and business plans, and review and negotiate license-, material transfer and confidentiality agreements.
