Biographical Sketch Dr. Joseph A. Resnick Dr. Joseph A. Resnick began his professional career in 1972 at the age of 19 years at which time he accepted an employment position in the Maintenance Department at Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Corporation’s East Pittsburgh Pennsylvania World Headquarters, as a ‘Sweeper’. Several months later Dr. Resnick was recruited into The Westinghouse Technical School Corporate Apprentice Program. Between the time periods 1974 thru 1976, he attained Associate Science Degrees in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineer and a Certification in a new field, called, “Electro-Mechanical Robotics’.
