I am a global leader who has 20+ years progressive international experience directing a wide range of formal and informal leadership development initiatives including needs assessments;  strategy and organizational design, critical leader roles, competency models, executive coaching and mentoring and leadership effectiveness measurement. 

Prior to my current role at Xerox, I provided learning consulting services for corporate functions and Latin America and Asia operations for Avon Products in NYC. During that time I led a global Leadership capability assessment and managed implementation of leadership processes and practices to improve the leadership pipeline strength and readiness.
