I started my professional career in 1985, holding diversified roles in International, large distribution companies such as Purchase and Logistic Manager and Marketing - Sales Manager. In 1990, I approached a completely new role and moved to France, as HR manager in one of Danone Group companies and after as European HR Director for Whirlpool. In 1999 the company asked me to embark in a completely new adventure for the Company itself and form a global KM “task force” to define a Knowledge Sharing and Management Strategy, develop worldwide pilots and recommend Global approach and deployment plans.
