Founder of Smoodies (smoodies.in), a brand of 100% fruit smoothies, the first of its kind in India for modern trade. In a previous life, I have been an Investment Banker and a Management Consultant. Multiple years of long-hour desk jobs made me realize that a prevalent problem amongst the young working professional is convenient and easy nutrition. What would have made a world of difference to my life was a set of affordable healthy living food products, that I could buy, and eat or drink without worrying about whether it was burning a hole in my pocket, taking too long to prepare or procure, and whether it was giving me the nutrition I required.
