I am an evolutionary biologist who is interested in computational modeling of cancer evolution and seeking for a related Ph.D. position. We developed an application for "Computational Modeling of Clonal Evolution of Cancer based on Evolutionary Aspects of microenvironments, Hypoxia and Acidosis." Therefore, This a computational application for the study of growth pattern in the different types of cancer phenotypes & genotypes, the clonal evolution and heterogeneity of tumor, modeling of phylogenetic analysis data, Multi Drug Resistance and Immune resistance.
Additionally, we have the possibility of track and customize our model cell by cell and clone by clone to screen their interaction...
