Prof. Hassan has a first class BA (Hons) and MA degree in Psychology and PhD in the area of Organisational Psychology. He is a Sr. Fulbright Fellow and a University debater winning gold and silver medals in inter university competitions. Before joining IIUM in 1998 Prof. Hassan worked for nearly 20 years on senior academic positions in several distinguished Institutions of higher learning in India. He teaches courses in organizational behaviour, human resource management, business psychology, and research methodology at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
