Currently Minister in Assistance to President Have served in the Nitijela (Parliament) since day one, May 1, 1979. Have served as Minister of T&C, Justice, Minister of Health, Minister of Finance, Vice Speaker. I have been elected to represent the people of Ailinglaplap since 1979. Have graduated with BA in Public Administration. Have been school teacher, and and a Trial Assistant in the RMI Courts
