Currently Working at Superior University as a lecturer. My area of interest are Management and Finance however I also have great interest in subjects that are IT oriented. I've diversified studies due to which I'm comfortable not only in teaching but also implementing what I have learned during the years. As life is the name of change, Managing change and its practicality has always been the core subject of interest specially when it is related to organizations. Handling change and also ensuring its sustainability while also considering the factors that drive or hinder the change management is my primary focus.
